What app do you use to listen to podcasts? I just used the Apple Podcast app that came with the iPhone but the latest update has rendered it unusable for me. Wow, talk about taking a mediocre product that does the bare minimum and improving it to the point of being completely unusable.

I can’t believe this needs to be said but one can:
- Believe Israel has the right to exist
- Not be an anti-semitic asshole
- Believe the Israeli government (and Israeli hard right) are committing war crimes in bombing Palestinian civilians
The new mask guidance relies on an honor system. Do we trust each other enough to make it work? https://t.co/FktcHGzDQE

Wait. Is your question, “Do you trust the people who refused to wear masks and called Covid-19 a hoax as 600,000 fellow citizens drowned in their own lungs from the disease and are currently filling a garbage bag full of gasoline as they shout out that Trump is still president who is working with JFK Junior to take down pedophile satanic cannibalistic deep state democrats to abide by your request to remain masked until they get implanted with a Bill Gates tracking device?
Yeah, that’s a no from me dawg.
And I’m sure that anti-maskers/vaxxers will comply with wearing a mask until they are vaccinated. (This just seems like a premature statement by the CDC. They may be following the science, but seem to be ignoring the psychology)
People fully vaccinated against Covid-19 do not need to wear masks or practice social distancing indoors or outdoors, except under certain circumstances, the director of the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention announced Thursday.
“If you are fully vaccinated, you can start doing the things that you had stopped doing because of the pandemic,” Dr. Rochelle Walensky said during a White House Covid-19 briefing. “We have all longed for this moment when we can get back to some sense of normalcy.”
Calling it an “exciting and powerful moment,” Walensky said the science supports the updated CDC guidance that “anyone who is fully vaccinated can participate in indoor and outdoor activities — large or small — without wearing a mask or physical distancing.”
I visited the Capitol back in 2016. I don’t remember the tour guide mentioning that we were free to attempt to kill the VP during it.
During a House Oversight hearing titled “The Capitol Insurrection: Unexplained Delays and Unanswered Questions,” Rep. Andrew Clyde (R-GA) expressed disagreement with the name of the proceeding.
“There was an undisciplined mob. And there were some who committed acts of vandalism. But let me be clear: There was no insurrection. And to call it an insurrection, in my opinion, is a bold-faced lie.”
The Georgia congressman went on to compare the rioters to ordinary tourists.
“You know, if you didn’t know the TV footage was a video from January 6, you would actually think it was a normal tourist visit,” Clyde said.
According to Congressman Andrew Clyde"If you didn't know the footage was from January 6, you would actually think it was a normal tourist visit" Is this the new version of Republican tourism? #CapitolRiot https://t.co/lSD7K1P0Dv pic.twitter.com/AgzixpWGw7

Here’s the bodycam footage of one of the Capitol officers interacting pleasantly with the totally normal tourists that day:
First time in over a year where nobody in the state died from Covid-19. It feels kinda nice to be in a state that has a high rate of people being vaccinated.
Not surprising. But the next few years are going to be scary considering that they will now claim victory even if they lose an election overwhelmingly.
