Federal Source to ABC News: We Know Who You’re Calling

From the ABC News Blog:

A senior federal law enforcement official tells ABC News the government is tracking the phone numbers we call in an effort to root out confidential sources.

“It’s time for you to get some new cell phones, quick,” the source told us in an in-person conversation.

ABC News does not know how the government determined who we are calling, or whether our phone records were provided to the government as part of the recently-disclosed NSA collection of domestic phone calls.

Other sources have told us that phone calls and contacts by reporters for ABC News, along with the New York Times and the Washington Post, are being examined as part of a widespread CIA leak investigation.

  1. All hail his majesty, King George!

Funny how 230 years have gone by, but we’re in the same predicament…

  2. Now we seperate the sheep from the goats.

The product from the bugging is being used against the press. One word for that. Tyranny.

Those who scream ‘NO’ and call for firing/jailing/impeaching the tyrants are patriots.

Those who support or make excuses for it are tyrant-enablers.

    It’s just that simple.

“Which side are you on boys, which side are you on?”

  3. I think I’m going to try and weasel my way onto the winning side, because the news media in this country has become so pathetic and gutless that nothing will ever emerge from this….
