The Cap Movie Ministry

Christian movie reviews! Goodie!!
The CAP Ministry is a service to His little ones through you, their parents and grandparents in Jesus' name by His Word. We tell you the truth about the content of popular entertainment using the Truth to decide what to tell you so YOU can make an informed decision on your own whether a flick is fit for your kids or yourselves. Our investigation standards are the teachings and expectations of Jesus Christ and are thus Rock-solid, never changing with the tides of modern morality. Specifically,
Here is a sample of their review of Wallace and Gromit The Curse of the Were-Rabbit
It is doubtful the younger portion of the target age stratum would comprehend some of the sexual innuendo, but if they watch this film they will indeed be exposed to them and might mimic them, thereby invoking Luke 17:2, Matthew 25:40 and others that warn of dire consequences for they who teach and/or cause His little ones to sin.

In keeping with the apparent fetish Hollywood has with body functions (and exudates) in "kid shows", there is flatulence in this film. [Again Eph. 5:4]

The level of violence indeed well exceeded the typical threshold of violence in G-rated films. Not so much because of the severity of any specific examples of violence but due to the sheer number of examples (see CAP Rule of 1000). This film threatened to be equivalent to some lite R-rated films in violence, thus the red CAPCon Alert light atop this page. There is gunfire to kill, reckless driving to pursue, fighting to settle differences, a drawing of a beheaded man with blood spurting out of his neck, a threat with a firearm and other issues of violence. [Prov. 16:29, 1 Cor. 15:33]
Ah Christians. Sucking the fun out of life since 36AD.
