Curses
Like everyone else in Boston right now, I am tired and speechless.
I can't speak for anyone else but the worst part of a sox collapse(and
cubs collapse for that matter) is that we will have to deal with this
silly talk of "the curse". The curse did not have anything
to do with the loss last night. It was a poor managerial decision that
cost us the game. Was there anyone who actually thought that Pedro should
have stayed in the 8th inning after giving up two hits? Absolutely one
of the worst managerial calls I have ever seen. EVER!!
With that being said though I must admit that the old saying around
here how the Sox will get you very very close just to break your heart,
still seems to apply here.
