Update:
A goon from Something Awful tries the canned cheeseburger and lives to tell the tale….. Although he could be dead now. But plenty of pictures of the preserved burger.

Can has cheezeburger?
Weird stuff.
I haven’t eaten since 8 AM and as hungry as I am I still think I’d pass on that. I mean really, canned cheeseburgers?
“That’s the worst idea I’ve ever heard in my life…
Yes, this is horrible, this idea.”
Brilliant. Science has provided us with yet another easy way to attain food!
There is no way that it looks like the hamburger shown.
Sometimes it’s a wonder that empiricists can survive their experiments.
Honestly, it doesn’t look as bad as I’d have thought. That it’s soy and not meat is also quite the redeeming feature. My biggest problem with it was the idea of canned…meat (couldn’t bring myself to accuse it of being beef).
That picture reminds me of Audrey II from “Little Shop of Horrors”. Feed me Seymour!
I expected more from the Germans.
I dunno….
Looks suspiciously like something I had at Mickey-D’s not too long ago.
That canned burger looks more likely to eat you than to be eaten.
I can almost imagine it making that clicking sound the Predator makes when it opens its jaws.
Freaky!
“Can has cheezeburger?”
GENIUS!
