From MSNBC:
BAGHDAD, Iraq – Iraq’s national security adviser told NBC News on Wednesday that three individuals have been arrested in connection with a video of Saddam Hussein’s execution that was leaked.
“I can officially now confirm the arrest of three individuals in the case of the execution of Saddam Hussein,†said Iraqi national security adviser Mowaffak al-Rubaie.

after reading about the security/searches of all involved that took place before the lynching,no wonder we can’t train the Iraqi’s to take over. Duh!
That is very true about Iraqi ineptitude. The Americans wanted everything brought about without a hitch but they had to turn Saddam over to the Iraqis to actually do the execution. The world now sees what a professional job they did of it. I worked there trying to train Iraqi troops and police for 2 years. This is typical of the caliber of personnel they are trying to trin for these very sensitive positions.
