Carolyn is buying us lunch today:

I recently had the most amazing salad, and luckily, I took a photo before it was gone! This salad featured herb-roasted stuffed (with a little goat cheese and herbs) chicken breast on a bed of Nalo greens (http://www.nalo-farms.com/~nalo/products_more.php?id=8_0_6_0_M) surrounded with chunks of avocado, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and walnuts topped with a mango vinaigrette. It also came with blue cheese but I dont care for that so mine was on the side – and later given to my table mate. This salad was as good to look at as it was to eat!

This lunch was at Murphy’s (http://gomurphys.com/) and was one of the daily specials. Murphy’s is one of our regular lunch places – my coworker and I go about once a week, on the company so we order whatever we want! The service is awesome, especially for regulars. If you ever come to Honolulu you MUST check out this place. Its got history, great food and drink, great service and has WAY more locals than tourists.
