Grrrrrr….. $&”&$)@”$. Stupid battery. $@$;&@
Update. Are car batteries 9v or AA?
oh, i thought it said “cat problems” and then got all confused about the batteries comment until i re-read the headline.
sorry to hear about your vehicle buddy.
In Nelson from the Simpsons voice: “haha”
The Cornmobile uses eleventy-hundred ‘D’ batteries. Bastich car.
You can’t replace car batteries, you just have to get a new car.
I had a car battery problem last year…I thought about replacing it myself. After the tow, my mechanic proceeded to tell me that my battery was under the back seat. …I eventually got a new car…so crazyred is right!
Me too this morning… Just a loose battery cable. No charge to fix.
i gave up my car when i moved to nyc and it was only a few years old. I miss that car but not enough to buy/keep one in this apocalyptic town.
12 Volts but the ampere can change from car to car
Just get the heaviest battery you can find. About 75 lbs. should do it. They’re made of lead, you know.
Just jack up the license plates and slide a new car underneath
1.21 Gigawatts.
I could email you a copy of my nice new battery I bought the other day.
Neither. Most are the hard to find “size J” that old cable remotes used to use, although some of your newer import cars use 2 size N batteries.
I just had the same problem. Took my old one to a junkyard and they replaced it for $20. Works for me.
6 aa in parralel should work
If you get a AAA battery, they come out and jump start it when it goes dead. If you get a AA battery, all they do is welcome you to a meeting.
Just get a 24V forklift battery and a chainsaw.
Or one of these: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o7EIKWFB5ls
Oddly enough I haven’t yet seen anybody trying to use some of those locomotive batteries to power a boom car.
Does anyone else think that with the growing intricacy of cars and technology, that there is no longer a car mechanic but instead a car technician?
