Doesn’t say if it comes with the wreckage of a 1961 Ferrari 250 GT California.

  1. I like how they say “Sold as is. No disclosures!”

    Always enticing marketing messages in my book.

  2. FlamingAtheist,

    @The Critic – Especially for $2 mil.

  3. Ben,

    Critic, what does that mean?

  4. Patti,

    Real estate terms-estate sales are always
    ‘as-is’ no disclosure as the owners are not around anymore and are unable to disclose. This does not mean there is something wrong with
    the house

  5. Bryce,

    It is in Illinois. Who the f wants to live out there?

    it’d almost be a crime if it didn’t. … besides, i couldn’t live there. i’d be saying stuff like “the miles aren’t coming off ferris!” and calling myself abe froman 24/7

  7. PopCollector,

    Notes “can never be duplicated”. Looks exactly like “The Lake House” used in the Keanu Reeves / Sandra Bullock movie of the same name. Only with a lake in the rear.

  8. flychinook,

    Technically, the wreckage would be of a Ferrari replica made out of an MG.
