This must have been at the end of the debate when McCain tried to follow Obama around the table because it was the quickest way to reach Cindy (not realizing that each candidate should in a dignified manner walk around the opposite side and go calmly to their wife, rather than running to her like a lifeline)
He also squished himself between the table and the chair to go behind Obama immediately after this- it was magnificent. Magnificently awkward, that is.

McCain wasn’t sure which way to go, left or right, and he was talking – or making the facial expression – to Bob Schieffer about it.
That’s all it was.
