It’s meant to point out the fact that these people claim to know Sarah Palin better than Obama even though they probably only first heard about her a few months ago while Obama has been on the national stage for four years and been running for president for two years. In that time he has given hundreds of interview and has been written about in thousands of news stories. Clearly these people will believe what they are already predisposed to believe regardless of the facts. They have no real interest in looking for the information by themselves. If they were, they would know that there is plenty of info on Obama and he isn’t this dangerous unknown that pals around with terrorists.
