Haven’t seen this on here, don’t know how well it’s known but I thought it was worth mentioning. Fox New’s Operation chaos (great name huh?) is an attempt by Bill O’Reilly to disrupt the democratic process by having his followers vote for the democratic candidate he feels is doing worse to create the impression that neither candidate is leading. By intentionally creating a split in the democratic party and weakening both of it’s candidates he hopes to create a fissure large enough for John McCain to slip through and take the 2008 presidential election.

Hey KingTaco… check your links, it’s not Bill O’Reilly/FOX News doing “Operation Chaos”, it’s Rush Limbaugh/EIB Network. I know, I know, not a lot of difference, but still. I’m a pedantic mofo. I do hope Limbaugh etc. gets indicted on electioneering, somehow. But I won’t hold my breath.

Gah, you got me Niel. Bill O’Reilly…Rush Limbaugh…they’re interchangeable in my mind but it’s still a big error. One that hopefully doesn’t detract too much from the post I made. Thanks for setting me straight though
I still stand by the notion of it being Fox News’ thing because they’re promoting it, giving it more air time and possibly giving it a new audience.
