My sister in law gave me a fitbit (flex) for my birthday. So I’m trying it out. I just started last week. Is this the kind of thing that you get obsessed about for a few weeks and keep trying to break your previous record until your feet get raw and you pray for a quick death?
BTW, I think for Sunday I had about 400 steps. And half of those were me walking to the fridge.
The Flex also is one that you can wear to bed and it will monitor your sleep. I tried that the first night and ripped it off about an hour into my sleep. I was impressed that the fitbit knew I had taken it off though and stopped the sleep record mode.
