Never realized Dee Dee played a Fender P-Bass. Solid instrument and quite pricey back in the 70′s. Still pricey today, though there is the new Squire Vintage Modified line which is Fender’s knockoffs of the classic early 70′s P and J bass styles. I bought a Squier VMJ a few months ago and love it
Marc Bell, aka Marky Ramone, was in a band called Dust that released two albums in the early 70′s. Very interesting music.

OMG – I was so lucky to see them live in the 80′s – I suffered some pretty major permanent hearing damage but MAN was it worth it!!!
