Dragonflies and Mantis have a false pupil that’s a trick of the light against their compound eye, but it helps in making them a little cuter. It will always “point” at the viewer.
They should make a series of videos. The next one would be feeding that dragonfly to a frog, then one feeding that frog to a large dog, then one where a human eats the dog, then several thousand more where humans just keep eating the previous human. Instant youtube sensation!
