I get applause from passers-by in Chicago when I do this. Parking is the defining urban skill-set. Passing a spot by because it’s a little small–that’s a dead giveaway that you’re from the burbs.
Just park a few blocks away and walk. You don’t know that one of the two people you park between won’t get in their car and not be as awesome as this guy and mess up your car.

Looks like DC, and would be typical parking in Cap Hill where I was living.
