  1. I’m surprised this is on YouTube. Disney is usually brutal about defending their copyrights.

    1. Tough call. Steamboat Willy was released a year prior and has had it’s copyright extended on numerous occasions (currently until 2023) but a few have claimed the original copyright is flawed and therefore invalid.

      On the other hand, I don’t see how Disney could expect to make any money on it (short of re-releasing it in 3D…) so why not make it public domain?
