that was brilliant. watched it twice. very emotional film. The cynical part of me wonders how he tracked her down all those years later, but it’s not important to the film.

I think it was the same house. In the beginning he looked over at the window, then it flashed back what looked like the same window being slid open in 1943. The door was different, maybe because it had been broken in the flashback scene. Maybe the yellow piece of paper just had her name on it.

Awesome. Pictures (and background music) speaking louder than words. I wish it would have had a different title though – kind of gave away the ending.
