it pains me to admit this, but I didn’t know you could actually cook bacon in a microwave. (I don’t own a microwave, but I might buy one now!) … does it not make the bacon all soggy?
Microwave bacon is the way to go. Paper towels absorb most of the grease so it is lean and crispy. Great way to get it on a sandwich (fast) – or apparently 8 slices for a healthy “snack”

It’s not just bacon, I cook sausage (falukorv) in the microwave, 90 secs on 750 W and it’s just perfect.
