1. fruit and a diet coke, or a Clif Bar. I stay at work til we’re done so I end up having a series of crashes starting at 11am.

  2. I will eat as much candy as I can find around 2:30 pm. My favorite is starburst – is it just sugar, chemicals and artificial flavoring? Yes. But I need those sugar and chemicals to make it until the end of the day.

  3. A tender pot roast, steamed vegetables, mashed potatoes and hot, buttered rolls. It has to be tender, otherwise I won’t eat it. And you don’t want me to miss my snack.

  4. It varies. I’m in Philly and it’s so freakin’ hot –so now it’s the All Fruit coconut popsicle. Otherwise it’s apples with peanut butter or crackers and cheese.

  5. 100 calorie bag of popcorn or a greek yogurt. sometimes a bit of cheese, half an apple and a couple of olives. if i’ve been to the gym then I go for a smoothie.
