    This is a permanent craving. If you want to torture yourself during the day watch episodes of Tony Bourdain in No Reservations in Vietnam eating Pho and try to contain yourself. Like tony says, “F the shirt!”

    There’s a pho restaurant near my apartment from which we get pho takeout frequently (though it is nicer to eat it there). Their slogan? “It’s Pho-king Good!” Even funnier when you realise that pho is pronounced “fuh”……… ;-)

    Where is the best place to get pho in Boston? I ask this with one knee bent in supplication. I haven’t had good pho in five years. It is enough to make a person crazy.

    Sorry can’t help you in Boston – when in St Louis go first to Pho Long (run by the Long family who make their own noodles) then try Kim Sun.
