Lunch

Today’s lunch dinner, is brought to us by Deepsea who originally sent in a half eaten Carl’s Jr. burger but wanted to use his steak dinner for lunch instead.

New York steaks with a blue cheese/onion sauce (based on a recipe my lovely girlfriend found here: http://thepioneerwoman.com/cooking/2009/09/grilled-ribeye-steak-with-onion-blue-cheese-sauce/ )

garlic pepper mashed potatoes, baby carrots and 3 cheese garlic bread. Maybe 4 cheese, I am just not sure. It was a food orgy, and thus, a blur.

My beer was an Anderson Valley Brewing Company Poleeko Gold //Pale Ale. AVBC is solar powered (http://www.avbc.com/news/anderson-valley-now-brewing-solar-powered-beer/), so kinda cool.
Hardly had room for the suds; mashed potatoes will do that to ya.
