Carmines Salad. We were in Atlantic City in late June and stopped at Carmines in the Tropicana for a late lunch. The pasta was a bit overrated (I’ve never been to the one in NYC so probably the AC location just isn’t up to par) but the Carmines salad was surprisingly good. A perfect combination of greens to salami/mortadella and romano/provolone splashed with a nice red wine vinegar and oil dressing. I could really go for that right now.
