1. Mrs. Cornjob and I make it a point to go to DelMonico’s at the Venetian every year for our anniversary. It’s an Emeril’s joint, and the first place we ate the day we got married. Worth the trip, FYI. Wonderful menu all around. Slightly fancy-schmancy… but the last time we were there, they relaxed on the dress code, due to United sending MY baggage to Aruba while we were in the desert.

  2. Everything in that picture looks delicious except for the meat and the gravy. I love meat and gravy, but only if the meat is cooked enough that you’re sure it’s dead, and if there are mashed potatoes (not twice-baked, which I believe is pictured, although I could be wrong) to pour it on to.
