Since 2005, Bill O’Reilly has waged jihad against Dr. George Tiller, dedicating 29 segments of his show to demonizing and dehumanizing Tiller, who he invariably called “Tiller the baby killer.”

As you can see from these video clip samplings of O’Reilly’s holy war, you don’t have to actually pull the trigger to help sponsor terrorism

  1. A daily dose of this right wing, authoritarian, rightist brain-wash, and the thought of someone shooting this guy in a church becomes entirely plausible.

  2. @lumpi–I think Cynical-C has a rule where you can’t use “daily dose” and “right wing” in the same sentence. The term “daily dose” is to be applied exclusively to Ingersoll!

  3. They try to pin video games as the reasoning people act violently, why don’t they make the same connections here..?

  4. Spanky, are you saying that Tiller was actually replaced by a superhuman cyborg 17 years ago? That they had the technology? That they could rebuild him?

  5. Already BillO has said that thuh librhul fascists are trying to persecute him by calling attention to his jihad against Dr. Tiller.

The amount of support for the gunman is shocking. But I think it’s due in part to the fact that, deep down, the ultra-right knows that they’ve lost the battle for America’s soul. All they’re hoping for now is for the Rapture.

Y’know, at least the muslim crazies have the guts to back up their insanity with concrete action. The Christian Taliban just hides behind the internet and cheers on mental patients with guns.

  6. So, if they find in the guys writings/confession that he was directly influenced by this blow hard, will he be taken off air?

    One can only hope.

  7. Wo, like totally don’t want to break this to you Amanda, but thanks to the most bodacious reportage from that totally grey haired wise dude Keith Oberman, it seems that some crazy fascist dudes who watch too much television have used Fox News as their totally weak excuse before to like totally kill people dude.

So to quote the divine Bill S. Preston esquire:
    “Be excellent to each other!”
