Chuck Norris Blames Secularism for VA Tech Massacre

Not surprising. This is the same guy who can’t figure out that the Chuck Norris facts meme is actually making fun of him.

Though one can point to Cho’s own psychotic behavior and our graphic slasher media as potential contributors to his deplorable murder spree, we must also hesitate to consider how we as a society are possibly contributing to the growth of these academic killing fields. I believe those who wield the baton of the secular progressive agenda bear significant responsibility for the escalation of school shootings. Even conservatives who refuse to speak when evil flourishes must acknowledge some culpability.

We teach our children they are nothing more than glorified apes, yet we don’t expect them to act like monkeys. We place our value in things, yet expect our children to value people. We disrespect one another, but expect our children to respect others. We terminate children in the womb, but are surprised when children outside the womb terminate other children. We push God to the side, but expect our children to be godly. We’ve abandoned moral absolutes, yet expect our children to obey the universal commandment, ”Thou shalt not murder.”

Though I respect the Buddhist, Muslim and Jew who shared at the VTU convocation, our country needs to return and call out to the God of our founders, Jesus Christ.

  1. Well, after all it is Chuck Norris. We shouldn’t expect him to understand everything. His old show was all about that Texas Ranger mentality of being a vigilante and kicking the bad guy’s butt (before the trial). Someone does you wrong, you track ’em down and deliver justice Texas-style. Wooo Hooo! They love their death penalty there, too, and their good ole boy who went after Sadaam for doing his daddy wrong. Took out a whole country, but he got his souvenir pistol and saw the bad guy get lynched. Wooo Hooo! What was Cho doing but being a Chuck Norris in his own mind? Delivering the death penalty to folks he felt deserved “justice.” Going after the folks who done him wrong and getting payback. And has everyone forgotten the violence that sports encourage? We don’t mention that much in the US – it’s always the music or the video games. Don’t they all realize that everything bad is Satan’s fault?

  2. And no acts of terrorism or extreme violence have ever been conducted in the name of the Christian God of Abraham? This vengeful God, the fear of which is supposed to turn around our failing society, has been the righteous excuse for countless atrocities over centuries.

Tolerance. Beautiful. Acceptance and understanding of mental illness. Brilliant.

And all the while, it’s so refreshing to look back on Chuck’s body of work that supports and validates his opinions. Oh, that’s right. He’s an actor.

  3. “I believe those who wield the baton of the secular progressive agenda bear significant responsibility for the escalation of school shootings. — Chuck Norris

I had no idea he was that far gone…

  4. Norris finds it so disgusting that seculars believe we are all animals, when he himself believes man is incapable of moral thought without worshipping his specific god. In Norris’ theory Humans are weak willed imbeciles that would always do bad without gods magical love and guidance, and no good deed is ever done by anyone that isn’t christian. The fact that athiests aren’t each on killing and raping rampages and are outside of the moral influence of god is testament that they are truly decent. When an athiest does something good or behaves morally they can claim it as their own good nature without any supernatural influence, whereas christians are obviously mindless heathens without a sense of right or wrong and must be dictated a code of ethics.

  5. Chuck oh Chuck…
Surely it was bullying that was to blame, and the fact that the mentally ill man was able to buy a really powerful handgun.
It’s easier to buy a gun than it is to buy beer.

We shouldn’t be obeying the Universal Commandment anyway, it should be the Universal Soldier with Van Damme.

    Shake and bake…
