1. That’s pretty cool and very useful. I could definitely use better sleep. Waking up every morning is torture and I wake up at only 6:30. That’s not even that early!!

  2. Omigod! The almonds work! I’ve had some anxiety because my mom just had surgery. I’ve been eating almonds because they are healthy, but last night, I nervously polished off about half a can. After about 30 minutes, I got so sleepy I went to bed extremely early for me, and slept all night! Amazing!
