   And they completely missed “Boston Chicken” (now “Boston Market”.) Freakin’ Brits.

   Fontaine’s in Roxbury (now closed and greatly lamented) used to have “Alabama Fried Chicken” on the menu. Was good. Real good.

   I was hoping for a Nixon Fried Chicken under the Presidential Posts.

   Then every few weeks they would change their menus with the comment, “All of our previous recipes are inoperative.”
