The Original Nasal Passage Cleaner

boy_sm.jpg

Because blowing your nose is not enough. (Although I think I will stick with it instead of using this medieval torture device)

Here’s how the Nori works:
Place half a tea spoon full of sea salt into the Nori and fill the container with water. While leaning over a sink, tilt your head sideways and slightly insert the spout (outlet) into one nostril. Slowly lift the Nori so the salt water flows into the nostril. Important: Your mouth must stay open! The salt water will flow through the nasal passage and come out of the other nostril.

A Primer on Parental Cruelty

Some really bad names that parents have chosen for their children.

It’s simple. Some parents are just plain crazy. But few are as crazy as many soon-to-be parents, who, wrapped up in the fear and anticipation, the social status and expectations, go just plain mad. Mad as march hares with swollen ankles and morning sickness.

The following is a catalog of naming questions and suggestions posted on several different baby naming bulletin boards going back as far as early 2001. All entries are left unedited except for length.
